WHAT WE DO

Where Wellness and Self-care Connect

Chiropractic

Manual manipulation focusing on the spine and joints to improve overall body function & health. Correcting subluxations can improve the musculoskeletal system and help promote proper nervous function.

Massage

Therapy manipulating soft tissues with techniques such as rubbing, kneading, and tapping to reduce stress, pain, and stiffness. Can promote increased blood circulation and provide muscle relaxation as well.

Red Light Therapy

Low-wavelength red light penetrates the skin to stimulate a cellular response. Promotes regeneration and healing of the cells which can improve skin, reduce inflammation, and increase blood flow.

Shockwave

Non-invasive treatment using acoustic waves to stimulate the body’s natural healing processes. Good for tendonitis, stress fractures, plantar fasciitis, and muscle strains, sprains, and ligament injuries.

Physical Therapy

Therapy that focuses on improving physical function through targeted exercise and hands‑on techniques. It helps people recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, reduce pain, and enhance overall mobility and quality of life.

Acupuncture

An area of medicine that involves placing very thin needles into the skin at targeted points. This can stimulate blood flow, nervous system responses, and energy (chi), triggering the body’s inherent healing mechanisms.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I’ve been seeing Dr. Josh for chiropractic care for at least 5 years now. I’ve seen him for acute and severe issues and for maintenance between flare ups and I am always happy with the care he provides. Not only is he excellent at what he does but he’s also genuine, personable, and just easy to work with. I always recommend Dr. Josh to anyone who needs quality chiropractic care!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have been getting adjustments from Dr. Josh for years and after an adjustment or 2, I am back to being pain-free and living a highly athletic lifestyle. Unlike other chiropractors, he doesn't try to get you to commit to numerous adjustments, or costly packages. I have seen dozens of practitioners over the last 3 decades, and he is unequivocally the best. For those that are wary of chiropractors, I get it as Dr. Josh is a rare find in this field.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My experience was very positive with Dr Katcher. As a dancer with 50 years of experience, and a massage therapist with 45 years, I know a good chiropractic session when I get one. This is the real deal. He was professional, knowledgeable and has a good touch. I recommend AMO Chiropractic without reservation.
